Woolworths are refusing to give my money back

My husband deposited money into my closed credit card account by mistake.I then went to Woolworths Jabulani Mall to ask them to return my money,but their staff they don’t seem to know what they are doing.Can I Please have my money and I promise that I will never set my foot in any of your stores ever again.
