Woolworths are harassing and intimidating me

My card broke. Was then told I was 1,600 in arrears and I won't get a new card until it is paid. I pay every single month (at least 1,000 per month). I don't get statements but pay because I buy there regularly (and they allow me to buy). I have on several occasions requested them to email me the last 3 months statements which they seem to refuse to do as I have not received anything yet. Now I get an intimidating SMS to say they have reported me as a non payer. (I PAY EVERY SINGLE MONTH WITHOUT FAIL)!!!.
