Woolworths are guilty of defamation of character

Woolworths blocked my Black credit card suddenly and without warning and with many emails of complaints flying back and forth I was told that they found out I am "'actively under debt review" and had been handed over to "Consumer friend debt review agency". When I called them they confirmed I am NOT under debt review and neither is my ID registered on their system. Now who handed me over and why? Woolworths have stopped responding to my emails. I have never missed a payment, nor have I paid less than the minimum amount due and I have R35000 still available.
