WOOLWORTHS ARE DEFINITELY ON TOP OF THEIR GAME

I received a voice message on my cellphone today telling me that ***** was committed on my Woolworths account, which I was not even aware of. I then called Woolworths only to find out the three ******* transactions were performed on my Woolworths account to an amount exceeding R9000.

I went into Woolworths Somerset Mall to complete a form which was required from them and I must compliment Woolworths on their excellent service.

From the person in the ***** division who notified me of this *****, to the person at the call centre I spoke with, and then the lady at Woolworths Somerset Mall who completed the necessary forms and sent them through to the ***** Division. Your customer service, and efficiency is greatly appreciated. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
