Woolworths are cheats , who don't care about their loyal customers

<p>I bought a suit at woolworths in Bloem, on Tuesday I wanted to wear the suit to work. To discover the suit was filthy. So I returned to the one in Centurion mall for an exchange not even for a refund. They called the Bloem branch to notify them. The manager by the name of Sthembiso Mnisi refused and wanted me to drive from Centurion to bloem to return the suit. Arrogantly tells me that his staff would never sell a suit like that.I have all my suits frm woolworths but this was the worst service I had ever encountered.They Centurion branch tell me that if they take the suit , it would effect their budgets for their branch. Why should their internal proceeducers be my problem, when I had been supporting their business for so long. In simple words they told me that I can go to the nearst hell. Yes I am at fault for not proerly inspecting the suit, actually I am at ault for trusting Woolworths.I was a loyal proud customer to this brand and always reffered my friends and clients to them for suits, But after this I am not so sure. They potray to have this good trustworthy reputation but its all just misrepresentation to hard working people.</p>
