Woolworths appalling debt recovery arrangement

I have been getting calls from Nationwide recovery services regarding my Woolworths account and as far as I know I have been paying my account diligently. Woolworths has never called me and informed me about the missed payment. These calls are really annoying and their personnel have not customer service etiquette! Next month I will pay off the outstanding amount and have nothing to do with them!
