Woolworths : Appalled at non communication to have ITC record cleared.

Woolworths has me listed on ITC. I've written numerous letters in the last few days for them to clear my record or send me a letter advising that they are in the process of clearing my record as it is a matter of Urgency. They have not responded to my emails and there is no number to call them on. This is hindering my applications for employment.
