WOOLWORTHS APPALING SERVICE OF FINANCIAL SERVICE STAFF

I receive a call from Woolworths, and they offer me a woolworths card, on a credit of R10k. I accept this card. At then end of the call, they tell me to go to any store and get my card. After my Lecturering schedule on Saturday I go to ****arney Store, where they tell me they do not issue cards. They can issue me with temporal card, I should go to Sandton if I need a card. When they check my card on the system, they inform me it is declined, to my surprise. I was shocked, because I wasted my time, petrol and energy to go to store for nothing at all. I still wonder why would Woolworhs stuff just call me to disturb my peace and waste my petrol, time and energy around this. Disappointing financial service staff and unprofessional to do this to customers like myself.
