Woolworths app relaunch is a joke

What an absolute joke. I was kicked out of the app at least 6-9 months ago when they relaunched. Since then I cannot login base it says I already have an account. But it also won’t let me register again for the same reason. I have spoken on the phone to customer care numerous times with zero help! I have received emails saying they working on it! I even got an email saying my account has been credited with R1000 …what use is that if you can’t login to your account?!? Checkers now gets all my business along with Karoo butchery!! I hope the CEO is not taking a bonus based on performance as it is dismal
