Woolworths App Login Not User Friendly

The Woolworths App and login is not user friendly. I'm on more than 5 attempts to login into the website and/or app. It accepts new password then when I login again the password doesn't work when I want to check the linked loyalty card or my personal details. I'm doing this because the Woolworths cashier confirmed the Rewards cards will be discontinued.
