Woolworths App is Trash

As a huge fan of woolie's food qualify, this app is the worst thing to ever happen to woolies CX. Firstly you guys have to figure out your delivery times. This waiting 4 hours for mere cake is HORRIBLE, then you play hide and seek with the delivery price but have the audacity to FORCE us to tip for something we haven't even recieved. Is that even legal?

If you're transitioning into an online store please take notes from checkers sixty60. How do you have a budget for influencer marketing for a terribly executed concept? I'm really annoyed by this, fix this mess!
