Woolworths App is the pits

Woolworths app purchase has to be the worst thing ever, I have never ordered and received my things on time or with no hustle.

How do you return my things to the warehouse when you have not even sent an email that they are out for delivery the last email was that it is being processed, and then I am being told that my number is not the same... HOW when I have been using the same app and the same number for all the orders I have been making???
