Woolworths App Chat Function Broken.

I regularly shop using the Woolworths app. My first experience using Dash was good, but the chat function in their app is broken. One sees messages come through from the shopper, but they quickly disappear with no way to get back to them? Please Woolworths!! your last App update listed the chat function as one of the fixes...well it is still broken!
