Woolworths app card

Its regarding the Woolworths app that replaces the Woolworths card. We have so much problems with the app and no one at the store can help us, only saying that they have many problems with the app and many people are complaining. This means we don't get any vouchers as we use to so we losing all the way. If Woolworths don't sort this problem they can forget about my business.
