Woolworths App a nightmare

Ever since Woolworths decided to update/upgrade their App, everything has been messed up. I cant log into my app.i have been to the store, emailed, called and all i have received are empty promises to fix the issue.i dont understand why they would upgrade their app without fully testing it. Now that there are issues, can they work on resolving this and attending to us their loyal customers. At this point im just going to close the account
