Woolworths and their empty promises

Sometime in December I bought fawn court shoes from Woolworths Rivonia it was about R450.00. In January 2016 the heel of the right shoes was weak not from any damage on myside as I only wore them twice.I contemplated taking it to for repairs but the shoes was literally brand new. I went to Woolworths Jabulani mall & I was told they will check if other stores have it. It was during their sale period and they said the shoe was marked down to R250 and they would give me a voucher for that amount. After checking for sizes they sent me to Cradlestone mall and i did not get the shoes. They guy had said to me Woolworths has a 6months Quality guarantee and to my surprise when I went back to Jabulani mall to advise them that I cannot find the shoes, they said to me there is no such?? I'm appauled at the service I received, they were uninterested, literally refused to assist me, they told me the shoes is now 1cent. When I asked the Manager what I need to do she just looked at me and said she doesnt know. I'm so ****ed, if I was at a different Woolworths im sure the response would have been different. She gave me black service and im so disappointed at the store and the brand. Never again will i shop there and I will share my experience with as many people as I can. I paid for the shoes cash not even by credit and have only worn it 4times. Its a manufacturing fault as far as i think and they dont even take the responsibility of assisting me. Such poor and pathetic service.
