Woolworths and STUDIO W disappoints!

Bought a STUDIO W Duvet Cover Set from Woolworths (at a very expensive price), expecting good quality - it TORE after only ONE WASH! After querying this quality with Woolworths, the only response received was : "claim is invalid". Woolworths and STUDIO W should warn customers to not wash their Duvet Cover Sets as the Woolworths quality has deteriorated to a one-wash-lifespan! Truly disappointing!
