Woolworths and Retrenchments

Got Retrenched but To Claim for the insurance is a nightmare. Called them then emailed them still waiting for forms to be sent to me to claim been over a week. Their generic social Media tells me my one account I do not have insurance so i asked for proof but no response also been a week. You cant provide proof of me declining the service Im going to make a court case against you for failing to comply with FSP Regulations.
