Woolworths and Refunds!!!

I usually have such a good experience with Woolworths, however this is the second time that an online refund is not processed and I am not just going to go away. I ordered via Woolworths online(Old Dash service) on the 21 March. My order never arrived because it was a public holiday. What also didn't arrive was a return of my money. Woolworths has had more than 7 working days to return my money and still has not done so. I have called the store and today on the 3 April I am still out of pocket by R1024.81. Order number: #***
