Woolworths and missing shoes

I purchased 4 pair if shoes from Woolworths online. Last week Friday,the parcel was delivered. When I opened same, there were 3 pairs placed in the box,however, the note in the box reflected 4. I called the number on the note in the box and I was told that they would investigate and get back to me. I am still waiting. I want my shoes Woolworths. I have never experienced such bad service
