Woolworths and customer service = none existent

Okay let me start right from the begginnig - 3 WEEKS AGO i popped into the store to fit on suites for my hubby for our wedding, to no suprise at all you had no stock on sizes! then i was told to go to the customer service desk to ORDER the sizes i wanted - the guy behind the counter cudnt even speak a word of english! he looked at me asif im mad to place an order, anyways eventually this character did something on his PC and said they would call me. then that followiung week i had someone else call me telling me theres no stock in their store rooms and the other branches!! first of all i didnt ask for that ! i placed an order! so i told that person then i had another person(lady this time) phone me telling me the exact same.i told her ididnt ask to find out since right at the begginning i was told i could place and order for my sizes!!! what dont they understand, now today i phoned this stupid branch again as i managed to remember the last person i spoke to - having no one in the whole branch know where she is or even get up on their ass to go look for her since there is a customer on the phone! you guys are pathetic! right now everyone i spoke to said they would get back to me!!!!
