WOOLWORTHS ACCOUNT STILL ACTIVE ON MY CREDIT PROFILE 2 YEARS LATER

WOOLWORTHS HAMMOND POLE

I have settled and paid up my account. I even received a Paid Up Letter dated 19 May 2020. I have also communicated my desire on numerous accounts with you to close the Account permanently. To my surprise you still appear as one of my Active Accounts on my Credit Profile both on Experian and Transunion.

Kindly close my Account permanently and Update my records with the Credit Bureau. The status should be CLOSED not ACTIVE.
