Woolworths Account problem

I have been called by woolies fiance debts collectors regarding an amount i have 232 some change they still sending me a statement after i have paid them. I keep sending mails to them asking for there staff in accounts to reconcile my account they will pick up the payment. Woolworths is giving me a bad credit record as they hire people that cant do their jobs proparly I have had my account with them for many years. I even requested my account to be closed to which still today not been done.

Can someone from woolworths please sort there accounts department out.
