Woolworths absolute non response to customer dissatisfaction

This is the second review on this forum in addition to a direct complaint to Woolworths complaints department and various requests from an internal management employee of Woolworths regarding their unacceptable gluten free bread and rolls product on their shelves. Noone has responded and the problem continues - any suggestions on how to proceed with this matter??
