Woolworths ****a Shop Service😡😡😡

I received disgusting service at Corkwood Woolworths in Eastern Cape which took place on 07/04/2022 at around about 14:07. The following staff refused to process a return without a slip for me stating that the item was high value as Woolworths policy. These are the following staff members: Malibongwe Fulani - management, Roxanne Marais- sales coordinator and Nobesutu Kumalo- cashier. I was treated with disrespect and the staff is very rude especially the manager. When I inquired about this HIGH VALUE policy the manager referred me to the website where it was nowhere to be found. These employees are running the stores as if it's their granny's ****a shop. Meanwhile Woolworths has a saying that returns are accepted even without a slip at the current system price which was a problem for me.
