Woolworths

Very disappointed by the service at Woolworths, they claim to be one of the best retailers, however they are far from it, I opened a case with them regarding my account, it's been almost 2 months and no one as gotten back to me, every time I call I'm been told that its with management and I have to wait over 30 mins on the call before being cut off, with no return call yet my profile is on they system, this people don't have any respect for customers and they will never fix your problem, please friends stay away from opening account with them, as if they is a issue you will never be assisted.
