On Friday 16.12.2022 around 17:00 I was at maponya mall to do shopping so the tickets was not all over the department so I took the items to the tills so that they can check for me if the item are on 30% or not it's was not busy and the was no line I was the 1st one on the till but the lady call Keke she was busy on her phone almost 5 minutes while I'm standing and she was not helping any customer she call me I greeted her before I start to ask if she can check if the items that I have are on 30% or not she just said none of the items I have are on promo I assist if she can please check for me she did only to find out that all the items are on promotion and she continues using her phone while serving me all I can I love maponya mall Woolworths I shop there because it's me but what Keke gave me today was very very bad I was so disappointed when I left the shop Keke please change the way you treat people your service it's very annoying
