Woolworths

I had the most awfull experience at Woolworths George this morning. I was returning a bikini top that I purchased at their store in Mossel bay & was informed they don't accept returns. My frustration is that why when I purchased it wasn't I informed of this matter. This has left a very bad taste In my mouth with regards to Woolworths & how they address their clients when purchasing something like swim wear.
