Woolworths

So my review is for woolworths.. The only say hw can we make a difference they are so useless I went abt a month back for a secondary card for my hubby, I went to the branch sent the identity doc n all was asked an they told me it will be sent I have awaited 2 weeks they sent a message card is on its way still nothing wemt to the branch they saying they cannot help me I mst contact customer care.... Useless customer care I awaited so long on line wasted so much airtym as for your customer care service is perthecic as ur staff cannot even pronoun words, names, an are very useless I dnt knw wer you'll employ staff frm. As they tell me my card was return cause the chi was faulty bear in mind my card does have a chip wat nonsense..... Then they called me bck telling me they going to send me a card but only to a full line store not to any woolworths wat bull is that woolworths should be any store I want also I mst keep contacting the store I asked to send the card to find out if the card is delivered so much of my time an most of all airtym as to I must hold on for so long woolworths is up to **** they saying make a difference is all bull. An whn u call the store again they ask you to contact head office as to store leave cannot assist useless
