Woolworths

I recently entered a competition that woolworths ran where you could win 1million rand .. I was then sent an sms on the 23rd of July stating that I have won a voucher : 150 off 500 and this will be loaded to my profile within 48hrs .. to date ive made a million calls and have been given so-many refrence numbers , so many promises that it will be escalated and somone would call me back or the voucher will be loaded .. to date ive received nothing not evena call back ... its disgusting Woolworths that u waste your customers time and money and still expect them to support your business .. the time and money ive soend in calling for voucher is already amount to over 150 so u saving ne nothing but costing me money nothing ! So please can someone sort this out ....
