Woolworths

I am just out of Woolworths Kenilworth Centre, Cape Town. I came with items for an exchange without a till slip, well with my understanding is that with Woolworths policy you are granted a refund without a till slip. Well a supervisor in the Customer Service "Thandokazi" said she will not exchange for me she needs a till slip with an attitude. I left the items there with her went down, I spotted a manager by the name Ms Davids, I explained to her she just listened and did nothing... I left the store unhappy and not satisfied with the service I got.
