Woolworth Umlazi Mega City

I have experienced based service 3 times at Woolworth Umlazi Mega City but the last incident made me really furious and have decided I will not take it.

I went shopping at the above mentioned store on Sunday, 11 March 2018 and used their fitting room facility. When done I handed over the items I was not purchasing to the attendant who responded by telling me I should go and put them back on their rails.

I have been a loyal Woolies customer for year and I know for a fact that I not how it works at all the other stores in the suburban areas e.g. Pavilion, Bluff Mall, etc.

Can they ensure that they keep to the same level of service regardless of area or race of patrons.
