Woolworth the Bully

woolworth Carnobia is refusing to refund me with cash , i was told they can only give a gift voucher ,

On Saturday i purchase a coat and i returned it on Monday , i was told they could not give me cash back because my receipt was not clear enough . the price tag was still attached to the coat

i find it very hard to understand why would woolworth refund me base on their terms ( gift Voucher ) . when i paid cash , basically woolworth is restricting me with my money .
