Woolworth return policy

I love to shop at Woolworth, but I was very disappointed this morning, yesterday I bought foundation and mascara, one of the sales lady help me, never mentioned or got a sign up that said they don't refund makeup, this morning I wanted to return the item because my daughter gave hers to me. I even beg the manager to help me return the item but they just said no, I got the slip and they could see I didn't use it and it was just one day apart. So please make sure if you buy something you can return it. Sorry Woolworth but I am very disappointed.
