Woolworth online store

Worst online experience EVER. It would have been better to buy from Shein. Ordered 2 items online from Woolworths on the 26th of April to be delivered on the 3rd. It’s now the 15th and nothing. Their courier RAM have constantly **** and said they’ve tried to reach me and I had put a wrong address, however Woolworths have confirmed my address was correct. It is utterly disgusting. These local retail stores like Woolworths complain when we order from SHEIN because they say we’re taking business away, however their services are utterly disgusting, taking more than 3 weeks (haven’t gotten my parcel) to deliver in JHB.

So disappointed with woolworth. Never ever buying anything again.
