Woolworth online service worst possible experience

Woolworths online service is the worst imaginable - ordered queen size fitted sheet and they decided to dispatch a single fitted sheet.

Their solution: return the item to your nearest Woolworth. So their bad service becomes my problem.

Why in the whole wide world would I order a queen size fitted sheet if a single fitted sheet would suffice?
