Woolworth Online purchases - great customer support

I used Woolworths' online service for the first time and was so confused about what I received and what I paid for, as it didn't seem to match up.

When I queried, they were so patient with a first time user's confusion on where to check what. Honestly I was surprised that they did not feel exasperated. I really appreciated the way they handled my query.
