Woolworth Online pathetic

So i was looking for something for valentines day and could only find it online. I bought it online and received an email to say delivery Friday between 14h00 to 17h00..i waited and parcel never arrived, i called and was told truck is running late will deliver before 20h00, no parcel was delivered. On Saturday i called in and was told the items was not in stock and they cant deliver, after waiting they never had the decency to call or send a email, they took the money and now i was told to wait 16 working days and then the money should reflect how pathetic is that ??? so its okay to take your money and now i must wait They really spoiled my Valentine weekend and still no product and No money back from them Truly pathetic ***X
