Woolworth online not secure and do not take ***** seriously

There was online ***** committed using my bank details.

I called ABSA and Woolworth online but not getting feedback on the progress of reversing this amount or doing anything.

I have debit orders that is going off and it will bounce soon as this was a large amount.

Woolworth online is not secure as I protect my details.

Because I am not getting feedback from Woolworths and ABSA telling me I need to talk to Woolworths to get this sorted. I can say that neither of these 2 companies are taking ***** seriously.
