Woolworth Online delivery disasters! Completely unreliable and don't expect any customer service

Not even worth a one star rating. This is my SECOND horrific experience with Woolworths online. I don't know why I took a chance an placed another order. There is NO feedback on delayed deliveries. The delivery date just comes and goes.. and when a query is made it can take weeks to get information back. The last order I placed I sent straight back by the time it reached me, took 4 weeks! Ordered again, an item for a child, and again all response I get from call center is my query has been escalated. Is non delivery a query?? Pathetic!
