Woolworth loan and credit card being handed to Strauss attorney

Please advice... I had Woolworth credit card and loan that I ended up being unable to pay due to covid my contract ended. I communicated with them but they kept insisting that I pay at least R100 a month even after telling them that I do not work anymore..... So they have been calling me ever since ended up handing me over to Strauss attorneys. Jan 2022 I ended up getting another job and payed it off now they are giving me the run around to clear my name, now I can't even apply for a home loan due to them delaying to clear my name........ What do I do now?
