Woolworth later lack of accountability due to liquidation and insurance not being paid out

I am horrified as to how my balance protection insurance has not paid my credit card due to the company being liquidated in 2019 . They have handed me over to MD collectors whom I pay every month who harasses me 8-9 times a day for more payment to the point I’m changing my number . The accountability soon woolies not using my balance protection insurance that I had been paying every month for years . They ignore my claim submission twice . Now I’m sitting with MD collectors not providing me how much I’ve paid to date and the amount not going down at all in years . Woolworths has ****med me for years deduction card insurance , not paying and sending me to MD who is severely harrassing me . I’m still unemployed paying from maintenance . How do you guys sleep at night ?
