Woolworth is not honest on their promises, I'm.so disappointed about the overall service online and the staff handling my query

On Thursday the 28 October 2023 I made an on-line order for g****tiser which it allows me to purchase and they take money and the following morning on the 29th they told me it was out of stock and they will cancel my order which was done and they promised to refund me with 24hrs but now it passes I have not receive my money, when I call they want me to provide me.lots of things that was not part of my order, as loyal customer of woolworths I'm so disappointed about the service and the *********** of the stuff.amd the lie
