Woolworth is no longer quality but rather poor service

Woolworth table bay mall online delivery is horrible:late arrivals, no communication or suggestion of substitute products, on addition to that they send expired food: meats 3 days expiry date, mounded bread, expired or squashed foods.

I placed my order with them on the 27.09 and they sent expired bread, I phoned them, was promised for the items to be delivered on the 28.09, but nothing was done.

So I’ve phoned them, asked to speak to the manager, nothing happened.not even an email to tell me that they are looking into it.

After logging a call with them again yesterday the call center phoned me saying they will sort out and ask the manager to call, but nothing.

It’s highly disrespectful, on addition to the fact that they are standing by quality but it’s false advertising.
