Woolworth Highveld Mall

Im receiving bad service from Woolworths Highveld Mall, been to the shop more than two times and not assisted, wanted to buy shoes and was told i cant buy since my virtual card is blocked as i have ordered a card i told them i didnt order a card, instead they told me my card will be delivered by Monday then i did a set aside, went back to the shop still no card has been delivered, instead rhey called me saying they will take my items back to rhe floor as if i did want to buy them, they dont even offer a tempotary card. I regret opening the account because i cant even use it when i want to and their staff are not helpful.
