Woolworth finance destroying my credit record

Dear Woolworths finance, can you please clear my name(credit record) , I can't buy anything after you handed me over for my loan and credit card after I reported that I lost my job.i payed you off sent everything . I've been send a request to *** with supporting documents the response was that they will do it within 5days but still nothing. The irritating part is that when I call Woolworth, you keep saying that I can't even call this Bureau department because there's no number for it, now how would I know if I am sending this to a ghost with an automated response.... Mxm!!
