Woolworth Festival mall has the worst service ever

Woolworth Festival mall has the worst service ever. I app**** for a secondary card 8 August 2018 was told the card would be delivered within 7 days. I went back after 3 weeks, we called head office only to be told the application never reached them. The consultant that was assisting me in the shop could not even find the application because there were papers everywhere. Spoke to the manager Thamana Reddy worst assist ever all she said was there is nothing she could do even though I asked can't they look for the application. She eventually agreed and said she will call me back the next day it's been a week and not heard from them. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered even the managers are not helpful.
