Woolworth refused to send monthly statements to customers, but expect payment without giving out records to see your balance. I've been communicating with Phumlile Dlamini who deals with statements, and she refused to send it to me. Why was she employed for if she refused to do what she gets paid for? She's very useless for responsibility given.
