Woolworth East rand mall poor customer service.

Woolworth East rand mall re: customer service. I went to Woolworth East rand mall yesterday 3 August 2023 at about 10h00, to exchange a pair of boots I bought in the week. The authorising manager scolded me, told me that I need to clean the boot before bringing it back. I didn't even wear it, just fitted it on at home and found it was too big. Took it straight back. Thereafter the teller lady gave me R200 less. I had to turn around half way home when I realised. Got back and asked for the rest of my money and they made me out to be a common ***** and lyer. I had to insist on them checking their cameras. Never in my life of dealing with Woolworth have I ever experienced anything so ******. I am disappointed, mad, upset etc. Why are you hiring *********** people!?
