Woolworth - don't buy online!

Placed an order on line Tuesday, 2 march 2021 for a salad delivery for the afternoon of 4 March to prepare for a function on the 5th. After numerous calls and lots of empty promises i did not get my order. Firstly I was told the driver collected my salad on the 4th... but never delivered. will deliver the next day. Not only was there no delivery.. apparently the driver was driving around with the salad in his hot car for more than 24hours. After my function on the 5th, I cancelled the order and requested a refund... which I am still waiting for. to top it all off, the driver tried to deliver the salad about 2 hours after I cancelled the order. Woolworth is supposed to be the best... well clearly not their delivery services
